Owners picking up animals after midday will be charged extra for that day. Pick up before midday, no charge will be made.

Bookings made for school holidays, Christmas and Easter will require a deposit, witch will not be refundable should you cancel - also you must pay the full amount for the specified dates that the animal is booked in for.
